At Kayxn, we are committed to delivering high-quality timepieces that blend style with precision. To ensure a seamless ownership experience, we offer a one-year warranty on our watches, covering specific aspects of functionality and craftsmanship.
Please review the following terms carefully.
What is included in the Warranty?
This warranty exclusively applies to Kayxn watches and does not extend to jewelry or any other product categories.
Each Kayxn watch is covered under a one-year warranty from the date of invoice/purchase.
The warranty covers the following:

Accuracy of timekeeping (watch mechanism)

Manufacturing defects related to internal components

Battery replacement within the specified warranty period (i.e. within 1 year from the date of purchase)
What is not included in the Warranty?
The Kayxn warranty does not cover the following:

General Wear & Tear: Normal aging, scratches, or cosmetic deterioration due to regular use.

Accidental or Mishandling Damage: Any damage resulting from improper handling, impact, or external forces. This includes but is not limited to:
- Cracks, scratches, or breakage of the watch glass, strap, case, or bracelet. -
Unauthorized Repairs: Any damage caused by unauthorized tampering, including opening the watch at any location other than an authorized Kayxn service center or warehouse.

Water Damage: Any damage resulting from water exposure in non-water-resistant watches.

Consequential Damages: Any loss, harm, or indirect damage resulting from the above-mentioned conditions.
Warranty Claim & Service Process
If your watch meets the warranty conditions, Kayxn will regulate, adjust, repair, or replace the defective movement or parts to restore it to full working condition - at no cost to you.
We ensure a seamless and hassle-free warranty claim process. Follow the steps below to register your warranty claim quickly and conveniently.
Step 1: Visit Our Warranty Claim Portal
To initiate your warranty claim, visit our official website: www.kayxn.com. Navigate to the footer menu and select ‘Claim Your Warranty.’ You will be redirected to our Warranty Registration Form.

Step 2: Complete the Warranty Registration Form
Fill in all the required details as indicated in the form:

Purchase Platform (Select from the dropdown menu)

Order Number (as received in your confirmation email)
Once all details are provided, click on ‘Register Now.’ Your warranty registration will be successfully completed.
Step 3: Warranty Claim Processing
Upon successful registration, our team will handle the entire process, including pickup, repair, and return shipping (if the issue falls under warranty coverage). You will not need to arrange for a return shipping label—Kayxn will manage everything on your behalf.
Your watch will be serviced per the Warranty Terms and Conditions.
Turnaround Time for Service
The repaired watch will be shipped back to you within 7 days from the date we receive the product.
